“THE NEW SEASON”
Entries are now required for the
2010/2011 season of the Clacton and
District Table Tennis League. Entry forms
are being sent to existing Club
Secretaries and should be returned to
League Secretary, Annabelle Rodriguez, by
24th July.
Any new Club needing information, or
any player without a team and wanting to
play, should contact Annabelle on 01255
221259.
* Next season, the English Table
Tennis Association (ETTA) is expected to
introduce a system of individual player
registration. This means that no player
will be able to play in the Clacton League
unless they are registered with the ETTA.
The League’s Management Committee has
considered this matter at length and will
try to ensure it has minimal impact on
both the players and the way the League
operates.
Further information will be issued to
all players individually but preliminary
details can be found on the League’s
website.
* The League is hoping to field a
second team in both the Veterans and
Super-Veterans Sections of the Essex
Inter-League next season but this will be
dependent on players volunteering to be
Team Secretaries.
