The handicap system (19 grades) was amended from the 1987/88 season in order to provide more opportunity for lower Division teams.

The handicap system (10 grades) was amended from the 2003/04 season in order to take account of the new 11-up system.

The handicap system (16 grades) was revised from the 2004/05 season.

Records for seasons 1967/68 to 1973/74 are not certain.

Detailed records for many of the seasons before 1974/75 are not available
